At 16:53 on Tuesday, 8 June, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smoke In Area in Birdgnorth.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Reports of smoke in the area, found to be a derelict caravan on fire in woodland. 1 x extended hose reel jet and fogging unit in use.
