At 15:19 on Saturday, 17 July, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Newport Road, Pell Wall, Market Drayton .

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington.

RTC involving 3 vehicles, one person trapped. Casualty released from car by fire crews using Holmatro cutting equipment and taken into care of Ambulance Service.
