At 13:33 on Monday, 26 July, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in New Radnor.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Rope rescue team assisted Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
