At 16:13 on Monday, 13 September, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as RTC HGV in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One HGV on its side, crews making scene safe, no persons trapped
