At 09:24 on Tuesday, 14 September, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Gas Leak in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of hole in the pavement following explosion. Fire service, gas, electricity investigating. Electricity board isolated faulty cable. No gas involved n incident. Incident left with electricity board
