At 19:23 on Tuesday, 28 September, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was found to be a false alarm caused by steam from a boiler flue.
