At 09:19 on Monday, 18 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Wolverhampton .

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton, Bridgnorth and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Police.

RTC involving 2 vehicles 1 casualty extricated using holmatro cutting equipment
