At 12:06 on Friday, 22 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Shrewsbury .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

This was a fire in the kitchen caused by food left on cooker.
