At 16:25 on Friday, 22 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving ground floor flat. Crews used 4 Breathing apparatus, 1 Hose Reel Jet and 1 Main Jet to extinguish the fire. 1 male rescued from adjacent flat.
