At 21:47 on Tuesday, 26 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Colemere.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch, Ellesmere and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Road traffic collision involving one vehicle, one adult male trapped, crews used small tools to release.
