At 16:13 on Thursday, 25 November, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Ludlow.

4 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• 9/10.5m ladder
• Chimney rods
• Hosereel jet
• Roof ladder
• Thermal imaging camera
