At 10:09 on Thursday, 5 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Donnington, Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Breathing Apparatus (BA)
  • Covering jet
  • Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire involving kitchen of terraced property, 1 Person taken to hospital by Ambulance suffering from smoke inhalation. 2 other persons being given first aid by Ambulance.
