Dates, Times and Reasons (from Incident Log) and any follow-up action taken relating to call outs for West Midlands Fire Service to attend incidents at Coton Hill House, Berwick Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 2PG during the period 1 March 2021 to 30 Jun 2023 inclusive.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request which my colleague has passed on to me to respond to.
Please find attached the information requested which has been extracted from our Incident Recording System for the period 1 March 2021 to 30 June 2023 inclusive.
I can also confirm that with regards to the action taken following this incident, one of our Protection Officer’s gave immediate advice and carried out a fire safety audit on 21 March 2023 when a Notification of Deficiencies (which is an informal notice) was issued on 23 March with several areas of deficiency requiring work to be carried out. The follow-up date for all works to be completed was 15 June 2023. This follow-up visit was postponed as the premises was decanted to carry out improvement works, these are expected to be complete by January 2024. A follow-up visit will involve a new fire safety audit as there is likely to be significant alterations to the premises.
