Reports of a propane gas canister on fire. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to isolate canister and extinguish fire.

6 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit, the Rescue Tender, the Water Carrier and the Welfare Unit were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton, Newport, Telford and Wellington. Operations and Safety officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Barn fire involving straw and manitou machine. Fire crew used 3 hose reel jets, 6 breathing apparatus, 3 x 45mm jets and 3 improvised monitors.
