At 17:56 on Tuesday, 14 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.

4 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Dry powder extinguisher

Small fire in main electrical box, of a 2 storey domestic property, extinguished using dry powder and 2 breathing apparatus.

Fire involving an electric extractor fan on the ground floor of a commercial property. Crews have also isolated the electricity supply.

Fire involving overheated 3 phase transformer including sawdust and debris. Two breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, fire extinguishers and positive pressure ventilation fan in use.

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Smoke issuing, top floor room. Investigation took place using four breathing apparatus, thermal image camera, dry powder and 1 hose reel jet. Incident turned out to be a small fire involving a gramophone.
