At 17:05 on Saturday, 28 March, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Water Rescue in Ludlow.
4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Triple/Short extension ladder
1 male rescued from river using triple extension ladder.

At 19:41 on Monday, 2 February, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Cleobury Mortimer.
6 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer, Ludlow and Telford Central. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
- Thermal imaging camera
- Triple/Short extension ladder
Fire involving a 2 storey cottage, fire involving 2nd floor and roof space, fire extinguished using 2 hose reel jets and 2 breathing apparatus. Crews carrying out salvage and damping down. Assistance was given from Hereford and Worcester Fire Service.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
1 car rolled over into field. 2 persons trapped. Crews stabilising vehicle and extricating.
