Tree Fire

2 fire appliances including the Landrover Pump were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Knapsacks

Fallen tree stump involved in fire caused by nearby controlled burn, knapsack used, cutting away to remove affected area and advice given

Build bonfires well clear of buildings and never use flammable liquids to start the fire. Before you light the bonfire, check that children and animals are not hiding inside and are a safe distance away. Don't leave bonfires unattended. Don't light bonfires in unsuitable weather conditions.
