At 10:48 on Tuesday, 25 September, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Old Newton, Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms.

Call to a suspected chimney fire in domestic property. On arrival the incident was found to be a small fire in the living room of the stone built terraced property. 4 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets used to extinguish fire.

• Hosereel jet
• Triple/Short extension ladder

Fire involving kitchen units and appliances within kitchen of a 1st floor flat.
