At 10:09 on Wednesday, 28 February, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Shed Fire in Ludlow.
3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Ludlow and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
Fire involving one brick built outbuilding measuring approximately 4 metres x 12 metres. Crews damping down fire using 2 hose reel jets. Aerial ladder platform used to assist in removal of roof.

- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
Fire involving electrical cables within a metal shed, approx. 3m x 4m, crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish
