At 18:46 on Saturday, 3 March, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Shrewsbury .
4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Also at the scene of the incident were: a vet.
Crews have rescued 3 cows from the river severn
