Report of female fallen on muddy hill. Fire crews brought female down the hill using stretchers and lines. Female now in the care of land ambulance crew.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
Reports of female on roof of Redwood Centre. Fire crews used aerial ladder platform and working at height gear to rescue female.
