At 22:30 on Tuesday, 2 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews were called to, and investigated a smell of burning chemicals. This turned out to be non harmful fertiliser used on nearby fields. No action by Fire Service
