At 01:38 on Saturday, 23 October, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Wellington .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

One car 50% destroyed by fire and smoke damage to outer side of adjacent property. Two breathing apparatus, one thermal imagine camera and one hose reel jet used to extinguish fire.
