At 17:36 on Saturday, 3 September, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Moreton Street, Prees.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wem and Whitchurch.

Fire involving table in conservatory of domestic dwelling. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet in use to extinguish fire and vent property, thermal imaging camera used to check for hot spots.
