Chimney Fire

At 10:05 on Saturday, 5 November, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Open fire chimney fire extinguished using chimney rods and small gear. All persons have vacated the property.
