At 16:45 on Sunday, 20 November, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 lady assisted from entrapment under defective electric tail ramp.
