At 02:12 on Sunday, 18 December, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Church Stretton, Minsterley and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

RTC involving one car, crews used holmatro cutting equipment and small tools to release one person.
