At 18:35 on Monday, 14 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Other in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Incident involved one person fallen 10 metres, crews used trauma care and one basket stretcher to move casualty in to the care of Ambulance crews.
