At 10:11 on Tuesday, 29 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Cyril Wilcox and Sons, Peplow, Market Drayton .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Wellington.

Fire involving car, trailer and pressure washer within commercial property. Fire extinguished by fire crew using 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus. Thermal image camera also used to check for hot spots.
