At 19:46 on Friday, 8 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of tumble dryer on fire. Fire crews extinguished tumble dryer using 1 hose reel jet, 1 covering jet and 2 breathing apparatus were also in use.Fire crews removed dryer to garden of property.
