At 08:59 on Sunday, 10 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.
1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
- Rakes, shovels, mathooks
2 seats of fire involving 3 tonnes of cut grass, Crews using 1 hose reel jet and drag rakes to extinguish.
