At 11:27 on Tuesday, 19 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Small fire in rear of refuge truck caused by lithium batteries, the fire was out on arrival of fire service personnel. Fire service personnel have checked for hot spots.
