At 09:10 on Thursday, 21 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Positive Pressure Ventilation
• Short extension ladder
• Small gear

Fire in heating unit above doorway, crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan, small tools and a short extension ladder to extinguish.
