At 14:58 on Thursday, 2 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Minsterley, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Incident involving 1 heavy goods vehicle. Fire crews have now made the vehicle electrically safe. One casualty was left in the care of ambulance crews.
