At 06:29 on Tuesday, 7 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Ludlow .

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

One large goods vehicle in collision with tree. One person released from large goods vehicle using holmatro and working at height platform, from the rescue tender. Assistance also given from Hereford & Worcester fire service.
