At 06:09 on Friday, 10 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving contents within lorry, contents have been emptied and fire service personnel are dampening down.
