At 09:20 on Monday, 11 December, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in ducting system of premises, crews used one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish.
