At 01:16 on Friday, 15 December, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

1 log store and 3m of hedge row well alight crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet, a thermal imaging camera was also used to carry out a thorough investigation of surrounding area
