At 20:52 on Tuesday, 2 January, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Command Unit and the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Bridgnorth. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Ground movement due to excessive amount of rain. Crews utilised the drone to view the surrounding area and monitor situation.
