At 13:38 on Sunday, 7 January, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tractor Fire in Bishops Castle.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Clun.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

1 tractor fully alight in field. Crews extinguished using 4 breathing apparatus and 2 hose reel jets.
