At 16:38 on Thursday, 18 January, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Market Drayton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Market Drayton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in cavity wall behind Rayburn heater.
