At 14:27 on Monday, 22 January, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Bishops Castle.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bishops Castle.

Chimney fire. Fire crews removed log burner and heat plate. Embers on top of plate have been extinguished. Crews used Thermal Image Camera to check for hotspots
