At 17:47 on Saturday, 3 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms and Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

One car 40% damaged by fire. Crews used 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus' to extinguish.
