At 10:28 on Friday, 23 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

1 dog with cage bar stuck in its paw, crews released dog using bolt cutters. Dog has been taken to vets by owner
