At 18:25 on Friday, 10 May, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shifnal.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera
• Triple/Short extension ladder

This incident involved reports of a fire within the office area. The fire was found to be a faulty light fitting which was out on the arrival of crews.
