At 16:24 on Thursday, 30 May, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Incident caused by malfunction in generator. Crews isolated generator and carried out thorough inspection of premise.
