At 22:13 on Sunday, 9 June, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and a utility company.

Incident involved electrical fire within the socket.
