At 22:59 on Thursday, 20 June, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Bishops Castle.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bishops Castle.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Stirrup pump

Fire extinguished by Fire Service Personnel and thorough inspection of chimney carried out.
