At 19:06 on Tuesday, 2 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Ironbridge.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Reports of fire in the open which proved to be discarded plastic decking and bannisters. Fire crews 1 hose reel jet and drag rake to extinguish fire.
