At 18:07 on Monday, 29 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tractor Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Church Stretton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

One combine harvester fully destroyed by fire.
